Hamilton Memorial Fountain - Portman Square

"I would like to take the time to thank you personally, and on behalf on The Portman Estate, for all the effort you and your team have out in to resorting and returning the public water fountain on Portman Square. 

This task was one we had been looking for someone to pick up the reins on for some 26 years and it has been almost a year now from concept to completion. Although it has proved a challenge at times, it could not have been achieved without the skill, dedication, and ‘can-do’ attitude shown by all. 

As a result of everyone’s hard work we have managed to achieve something many didn’t believe was possible. We have restored what I believe is the only original, working and useable, public fountain in London. This is the most appreciated and I feel has helped contribute to the history of The Estate. 

I must say, hopefully we will not need to revisit the fountain due to issues for another 200 years, but as and when other projects require contractors of your ability we shall be in touch."
